Company History

GoodWest Industries was founded by Bill Goodwin and Jim West in 1994. Their expertise and talents were the perfect complement to each other – Jim had previously owned other dairies, and Bill had executive experience at America’s largest convenience store chain. Starting with a single cream dispenser, GoodWest is now a recognized industry leader.

Today, we have over 30,000 dispensers in operation in 50 US states and over 20 countries, delighting consumers with real dairy products, iced coffees, and coffee flavorings.

We currently have over 30 premium products in our line, dispensed from our propriety equipment that’s made in America and 100% serviced by us. We serve the away-from-home market with a primary focus on convenience stores, coffee service providers, and institutional foodservice.

Our unique capabilities and expertise in aseptically processed and packaged dairy, non-dairy, coffee beverages, and specialty flavors allow us to provide customized products via co-manufacturing and private label partnerships.

Our management team has a 100% customer-centric, solutions-driven focus.
